Brand
Strategy

Strategy sounds expensive and vague. Ours isn't. It's a short written answer to three questions: who you're for, what you actually do better, and how you say it in a sentence.

What's included

Everything
you get

Positioning

Where you sit against the other options your customer is weighing, in plain language.

Audience

Who's actually paying you — not who you wish was.

Message hierarchy

The one line, the three supporting points, the proof. Reusable everywhere.

Tone

How you sound written down, with examples of what to write and what to avoid.

Naming help

For products, packages or services, if you need it.

Rollout notes

Where each message goes: site, socials, ads, signage, van, invoice footer.

Process

How
it runs

  1. 01

    Interview

Time with you and, ideally, a couple of your customers.

  2. 02

    Audit

Your site, socials and reviews, plus the competitors you actually lose to.

  3. 03

    Draft

A short strategy document. Short on purpose — you have to be able to use it.

  4. 04

    Walkthrough

We go through it together and adjust anything that doesn't sound like you.

What you
walk away with

  • A written brand strategy you can hand to anyone
  • Positioning statement and message hierarchy
  • Tone-of-voice guide with real examples
  • Competitor snapshot
  • A rollout checklist

This is
for you if

  • You explain what you do differently every time you're asked
  • Your marketing looks fine but nothing sticks
  • You're about to invest in a site or ads and want the message right first

Questions

Common
questions

Is brand strategy not just a logo?

No. A logo is what you look like; strategy is what you say and who you say it to. The logo comes after, and it comes out better for having the strategy first.

What do I actually receive?

A short written document: positioning, the audience, a message hierarchy you can reuse everywhere, a tone guide with examples, and a competitor snapshot.

Do I need this if I already have customers?

Often that is exactly when it helps. If you cannot explain what you do the same way twice, your marketing is working harder than it needs to.
